Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all,

there's a condition when applying to avail of Young Trained Farmer's Stamp Duty relief that makes me wonder...

"The Young Trained Farmer must spend not less than 50% of his/her time farming the land for at least 5 years subsequent to the transfer or conveyance."

Now in theory does that mean that you could for example farm solely for 6months of the year and work at something else for the rest of the year?

I don't know, it just seems like something that could be open to interpretation???
