Looking for some ideas pretty please!!

Its my aunts 50th this June and I have been given the task of arranging it! Our family have done the big bbq's in the back gardens and parties in my aunts bar numerous times so this time we are looking for something different! I am thinking along the lines of an adventure weekend or even renting out a big house and hiring a chef for dinner however i need ideas for places, activities etc!

I am thinking over a weekend with family coming from the west and the north!

Any help would be really appreciated!
