Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

You should be able to fix the white eye in Photos, upside suggests you might be taking the photo with the lens on the right and side. Hope this helps.

if the photos are upside down, then you are holding it upside down.
It's pretty sasy to flip a photo once you upload to computer

Ok to answer the last 2 peeps:

@naasrd I actually cant fix the white eye in pics as RED EYE REDUCTION doesnt work for me trying to fix it this way ... do u know of any EASY and QUICK methods ???

IOS5 included the option to take the picture with the "UP" volume button.
The only easy way to take a pic with the Volume button is to have the Lens and the right taking the pic with volume button on top.

@Mellor On both Windows Vista and Windows 7 Pc's that I use ... when I flip them over an alert pops up telling me this cant be performed and it wont allow me fix it.
Do u know how I can fix this ?? Is there a way to do it in properties ???

I'd guess thats because you are accessign the iPhone directly.
    As in Mycomputer>iPhone>DCM etc
Windows can't make changes to the files stored on the iphone, copy them to your pictures folder on the comouter and it should allow you

The pics that transfer to the pc are rotated and can't be undone.(I'm sure there is someway though) these are pictures that have been edited with the iOS picture improve by tapping on the magicians wand

Try taking a pic with the volume buttons on the bottom an using the on screen button to capture it

@Mellor & @MatchThis I think your right I usually "Improve" my pics with the edit function and then transfer ... Ill check it again to see if that helps the upside down pics.

unfortunately apple only decided to allow capture using the up sound button as an after thought - so yes if you have them at the top, you are effectively taking photos upside down - hopefully they'll address this design flaw with the iphone5.

secondly, the flash is notoriously bad - the majority of my photos with the flash end up with white eye - which is not easily fixed with the very basic edit function on ios5. (this is based on iphone4 - i dont know about 4s)

    @tigershould

Yea the white eye is horrible and very tricky to take out when editing.

I cant for the life of me get the upside down pics to flip back. Ive googled it and it says its a fault with Windows & the iPhone
