Most come with a device called a "Remoter Control" or something. It allows you to switch between "channels". Depending on your TV it might come with a few different channels installed which show different shows.

It's pretty interesting stuff, this new technology is really fascinating.

All TV is now is celeb, reality, sing, dance, dine, weddings, soap muck.

The best thing on now is Fawlty Towers, Sparticus or Have I got news for you. The Core is scfi muck with terrible hollywood science.

We are living through a Golden Age of television. Or at least thats what people will be saying in about 30 years time when they are complaining about all the ****e they have to watch. For us the Golden Age was the 1970's.

Those are only the ones I know personally and can think of off the top of my head without refreshing my memory, and not even taking documentaries into account.

There's lots of crap on tv, but there always has been.
Overall though, I think there's more good stuff on tv now than there was at the end of the last century.

Reality tv will ruin tv. I'm sick of the fact that nothing can be done without a camera crew around. Tv is gone too voyeuristic. So what you're buying a house or building one, why is that deemed to be entertainment. I don't understand the producers of tv shows anymore.
