The PIs might have somewhat of an agenda - if a claim is refused, I bet they're given a cut of what would have been paid out, so it might be worth their while putting a spin on their report that might imply the claim is fraudulent.

Hang on a second, did she not say she had written proof that her husband was not there, but just now she says she has it in writing that no staff would ever pass on the information. Thats very different.

if duffy can show her up on air his stature will rise in my mind. ive a very low opinion of duffy as it is and cant see him going the full hog on this its not his style to hammer a joe public with no contacts to sinn feinn or greyhound
