Aviva are a private company. Their not state owned or anything. Aviva are not going to come on and discuss it. If the report states something that is incorrect, like I said she should just lawyer up.

I dunno imagine it is a legit claim, you can have back problems and still walk and have good days. Insurance companies never ever want to pay up, you insure your car for 1000, then its robbed and they say market value is 200, they never want to pay in any instance.
Never had to claim thank god, but from people I know who needed to (house burnt down), it was torture!
