Catherine's point seems to be that minor details are incorrect; like the distance he walked (it wasn't 800metres Joe) etc.

Would like if Joe asked her some hard questions straight out, rather than just blindly take her side in the face of what seems to be overwhelmingly contradictory evidence.

Just wondering why didnt the Liveline researchers ring the FitzWilliam Club and ask them if any of the doormen knew John... If they supposedly spoke to him by name, then it wouldnt be hard to confirm or deny whether he was a regular (even without CCTV footage)...

Given that she admits he won 70k playing poker a few years ago, it's unlikely that he's just given up playing altogether..
