    I state it again, I sympathise with these callers. You haven't lived until you've been stuck for hours in an extremely hot and cramped aircraft in the desert sun. It is hell.

    And in those days you brought your own in-flight entertainment.

    He has allowed 12 hours of a 2 week holiday to consume his life for the last 2 months
