Were you Lennon to the band's Ringo?

Nothing in particular.. Regarding the relationships between band members I said to friend, "We were like The Eagles, without the hit albums, the success and the money"

    She's a nurse.

If so she should know that Diabetics are not always given the same food as the regular patients.

Speaking from recent experience there, btw.

Is it just me or does liveline avoid all the important issues affecting the country just to go off on one about SFA.

Why should you not be able to bring food in ? If you want to get well, it would be important. What mad health & safety regulation would stop this ?

    Its not just you.

Having said that, I do think this 'could' be a good issue if there was a cat in hells chance of getting one of these faceless hospital managers on the phone and Damo could ask the difficult questions, but that will never happen. Instead its just anecdotal stories going no-where.

Yeah, I've made the point before... Damien is not trusted with any of the big issues since a stand in presenter had a case upheld against them by the BAI a few years ago... The show is pointless this way, they may has well get Kathryn to record a few more episodes of "Before Their Time", because the topics for the questions on that are less anachronistic than the topics discussed on Liveline..

What we should be discussing today.
    - Insurance case that I mentioned already.
    - Guard who got a 900 fine for driving over two people without insurance.
