    All youse moaner's want to hear is FM104 Phone Show style traveller and Nigerian bashing and the lowest common denominator subjects, I for one don't want LL going down that route.

    I'm certainly not a fan of the nice safe adoption topic but you say "the listeners need the bare knuckle boxing discussion"... well as a listener myself, I'd have absolutely zero interest in that discussion... why do we need it?

    We've pointed this out before, folks... (and it's in the charter): the forum is about radio - so the discussion is to be about the SHOW and not the presenter's personal life (e.g.: his salary). Please keep it that way.

    We get it, adoption is tough.

    Can we maybe end the pity-party and have these people try to lead normal lives instead of treating them like invalids because of something that happened to them as a child (which most of them don't remember themselves).

    What's the point of this discussion? What is everyone involved trying to achieve?

    I'm finding the mini bios going on here a bit boring but its a very important topic. Having seen a friend fight the system to get the most basic of info about her adoption its a scandal these people are allowed to hold back info as they wish. Its would open though the huge can of worms of illegal adoptions and sale of babies.

    Looking for your birth mother isn't serious I suppose? More Irish people are affected by and interested in that than traveller boxing I dare say, though its probably not sensational enough for the low brow tastes of some on this thread. The lack of human empathy on here is shocking:mad:

    Because its not adoption related?

    Now if we can find a bare knuckle boxer who is also adopted, maybe that might bridge the gap a bit.
