She makes a good point, bankruptcy legislation in this country is ridiculous and based on shaming the bankrupt. Yet the government promised legislation but it doesn't appear on the next parliamentary agenda. Disgrace, Joe.

Why doen't Joe ask her if she feels she has a reasonable chance of paying off the mortgage or at least most of it over it's lifetime?
If there is no chance of this then the "anything" the bank could do for this woman could come at a very high cost.
