    She would have never closed the doors or switch off the electrical appliances?? No wonder they wouldnt insure her.. Probably left the chip pan on at night to make sure the chips were ready for the breakfast..

    Hang on a second. Did the insurance company not say that they would not cover her for scars? But surely they would cover her if there was a fire for house contents etc. Its just they wouldn't cover her if she was disfigured from the fire.

    I think we are not being told the full story.
