    An bord pleanala rejected a planning application for a childrens hospital on the grounds of its height. At least in part

    They have an unoccupied monstrosity in cork that is taller. (at least that the impression that has been given here)

    How is this possible?

    One is in Dublin, the other in Cork, different development plans, different areas.
