Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

itunes account locked

    came home last night to find my account was locked and that i had to reset the password. has this ever happened to anyone else that their account was randomly locked. one of my friends is in the same boat but he cant unlock his.

    It happened to me last week. What I figured out was that they wanted me to reset my password as they had set new password rules.

    My original itunes password was had no uppercase letter in it so they locked it and I had to follow steps to create a new one. I think the new passwords have to be 8 characters long with one uppercase letter and one number.

    Happened me a while back too, most likely for the same reason as poster 2. I had an old password that I first set up in 2005.

    must have being the case so mine had being the same since 2005 pain in the a$$ that you have to use upper case and numbers
