Its duration is of little importance..the fact that wish to express your aghast is dully noted but of little consequence.

It's not just the lyrics though, it's also Jenn Ghetto's lyrical delivery that sends shivers down my spine. By listening to the pitch of her voice you know that she means every word. You don't get that with bands like Coldplay or U2.

Any band that's creative enough to write songs with made up nonsense lyrics and lyrics composed of words plucked at random from the dictionary and actually manage to pull it off is awesome in my books.

It's almost a cliché to say Bob Dylan but there's a good reason he pops up so often in these discussions. My favourite of his would be the second verse of 'If You See Her, Say Hello';

"We had a falling-out, like lovers often will

The Jeff Buckley live cover is fantastic for anyone that's not so keen on Dylan's voice. I must also give a mention to Buckley's 'Lover You Should've Come Over', my favourite song full stop - perfect lyrics for a perfect song.
