Quick q, is there a disabled parking spot close to Paul's clothes shop in Kilkenny?

There's one on high street close to the tholsel/murphy jewellers which is up and across the street ~ 60 meters

I think the space outside the book centre is a loading bay.

Pauls is marked on the map (at the junction of High St. & Friary St.).
P T Murhy is the Jewellers I mentioned and the disabled bay is effectively outside that store. There is a pedestrian crossing (of High St.) right outside Pauls.

Market Cross is just off the high street between Chapel Lane and James St.

edit. Actually there are a couple more spaces just at the other side of the Town Hall on the High Street so there are a few within 70 metres of each other.

In this pic (facing the opposite direction, i.e. Back is to the Parade), Pauls is on the left just in view, The pedestrian crossing is also visible and the disabled parking spot I first mentioned is just before the Town Hall on the right (with the other spaces just after the Town Hall of course.)

Two d-reg (NOT KK cars!!) parked in two of the bays, hazards on ,no permits, spent 40 mins driving round trying to get into a bay. Murder nearly done

That's always the case on High St. Same with the loading bays for commercial vans - always full of cars. Newpark shopping centre is the worst place I've seen for ppl parking in disabled spaces. One morning a guy parked across 3 of the spaces and the security guard didn't say a word to him. It's a joke.
