Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Meteor iPhone 4S and Wireless Hotspot Issue

Hope somebody can shed some light on this issue!
Last year I got a Meteor Wireless Broadband Hotspot, Huawei E5832 and was happy with it.
Both my wife and I had iPhone 3gs’ on O2 and never had a wifi connection issue.
In January we both changed over to Meteor and both upgraded to iPhone 4S’.
This is where the problems begin.
When we are connected to wifi via the hotspot, at least 5 times a day the internet connection goes.
To restore the connection the wireless hotspot has to be turned off and turned on before the wifi connection returns.
I spoke to Meteor who told me that I should turn off the cellular data on the iPhones as they were conflicting with the hotspot.
Tried this and it didn’t work, connection lost again.
Next they said to change the hotspot broadcast channel, changed from Auto to 8, again no difference.
    Has anyone any idea???
Is this an iPhone or a hotspot issue??
