HI all, I've tried looking through the threads but I can't seem to find anything relating to this.

I never got the chance to study science in secondary school as it wasn't one of my options. I would love the chance to study it now. Does anyone know any p/time or evening adult ed classes that teach this in the Southeast. Ideally Waterford/Kilkenny area?

Distance learning would be an option if all else failed

You can check if there are JC subjects in your area on the national courses database http://www.qualifax.ie
Alternatively you could contact the Adult Guidance services in Kilkenny and Waterford and they should be able to give you the details of any available. YOu can get their contact info on http://www.aegai.ie

    Hope this helps

Talk to your local VEC Adult Literacy people. I know you are not speaking of literacy difficulties, but they offer many more services than that, including access to JC for people who have not had a chance before, or made a bit of a bags of it first time round.
