Hewlit Packard 3070a printer,paper jam,help?

No obvious paper stuck anywhere,I pull out a sheet earlier though so there may be minute particles somewhere. Can anyone please help?. I checked youtube and none of the HP models demonstrated there are like mine,the back doesn't open. I'd be grateful if anyone could help. danke Z

Just go to the HP website and search you product in the support section, they usually then have FAQ's, guides, etc.. and access to their online forums where you might find your answer or get help.
