Can be ordered from the CRO. You should have received a copy when the company was formed from the formation agent.

    Already checked them out:
Can I purchase a memorandum and articles of association from the CRO?No. The CRO does not provide drafts of the memorandum or articles of association to be used by companies. Samples of these documents may be obtained from legal stationers, accountants, solicitors or company formation agents.

Your memo and arts and cert of Inc should have been lodged with the CRO when you formed the company. Your agent should have done this. Go onto CRO site, do company search, put in your company number and you will see uploaded copies which you can purchase for €2.50 each.

The bank should have access to the CRO website and they can down load them also for you. When I worked in one of the main banks we always downloaded them as back up. Never saw a company not have access to their own M&A's though.

This. The important word in the above being YOUR.

No point getting a set of articles from somewhere else as they are not necessarily the same text as the one which apply to your company.
