I sold my car 3 weeks ago to a guy who took the tax book from me saying that he want to register the car in his girlfriends name who was not present at the time of selling the car. I trusted him and gave the tax book after signing and dated my part. So far the ownership not changed. I am not getting that guy in phone now.I…

What to do next? whom to contact to say that its sold and not in my responsibility.

It'd probably take longer than 3 weeks, ring the registration crowd and see if they have received the Form, if not get on to the guards I say.

Ask in Motors and see what the lads think.
