    Hi All,

I currently have an LG surround sound system connected to a Sony Receiver. But, i can't connect the sub to the receiver, as the sub has this connection (same as all the other speakers) and the receiver requires a single coaxial connection (i think that's what it is called!), like a single one of these.

My question is, can i get a converter connection, or do i have to buy a different sub? And if so, can ye recommend one??

Probably should not that the LG Speakers are from a DVD Surround Sound package (of which the DVD player doesn't work without the speakers!?!). Not epic stuff, but enough in a box room/game room!

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Potential,

Thanks for getting in touch. Unfortunately there isn't a converter out there that'll do this.

A coaxial lead can be used to connect the sub in to your amp. :)

We sell a Tannoy sub for £119.95, I reckon this would fit in nicely. Check the link below for more info:

We have the sub in stock and ready to ship if you were interested. :)

Let me know what you think.

Nice one. There's a few changes coming up in the house soon, so i might splash out on a whole new kit, possibly a 7.1. I'll know more soon enough and i'll get back to ya!

    Cheers!
