Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I have some old railway tracks, the are slightly curved so of no practical use on the farm. Just wondering what they'd make for scrap. Think they are made from mild steel. Only few of them lying around but they are of no-use so want rid. Anyone any ideas what they wud make for scrap

Different prices from different scrap dealers so depends where you are. Give your local metal recycling centre a ring.

Are they in your way or can you hold for a while? I think there is a fair %age of nickel in these, maybe 2%. Long story short last time nickel went to 40,000 dollars a tonne, scrap boys were going mad for these.;) Nickel has been around the 20-25,000 dollar mark for the last year or so.
