Hi fellow vegans, Just a heads up that Aldi sell ready made shortcrust pastry and puff pastry and it is suitable for vegans! It's really easy to work with and tastes like the real thing, I was surprised it didn't have butter in it, the puff pastry is to die for! Plus with the puff pastry you can make your own vegan sausage…

Hi fellow vegans,
Just a heads up that Aldi sell ready made shortcrust pastry and puff pastry and it is suitable for vegans! It's really easy to work with and tastes like the real thing, I was surprised it didn't have butter in it, the puff pastry is to die for! Plus with the puff pastry you can make your own vegan sausage rolls using Linda McCartney sausages, I know it's not healthy at all but it's great for a nice treat and cheaper than buying vegan sausage rolls readymade!
