HKC Secure Watch Fault

Hi,

I had a Battery Fault on HKC secure watch alarm panel so switched off mains and installed a new battery.

Now I'm getting a Memory Fault but everything seems to work ok.

Any idea what the memory fault means and how to clear it?

I don't have engineer code.

What is displaying on the keypad when you try to set the system?

It's sets as normal. Fault light is lit.
When disarming it displays "Memory Error" and then back to "Ready to Arm".

Can you power the system down and back up and see if the fault clears?

Do you mean take it off mains and batttery?
Would I have to re-program zones if I did that?

Yes, mains and battery. The system will keep its settings once the link in the PCB has not being removed.
