    Hi

    Does anyone know how much they pay their telemarketer?

    Is it per hour basis or per successful call made?

    Who is they ??

    It is both that i have seen.. Also depends on whether your inbound or outbound sales

    So option A could be outbound cold calling, 400 per week with a 25% commission bonus on month end
    Option B could be Inbound only .. such as vodaphone broadband sales or UPC that take sales calles.. Again base rate with commission on packages sold
    Also option C i have seen no wages and 50% commission on sales anything above 100k

    Some of the larger publishing companies do this with advertising..

    Some will charge hourly, some will charge per lead that they generate. It really depends on the telemarketing company you use.
