Small Black Cat//Kitten Found in Bishops Field

    Hi
    We have a small back cat with red collar hanging around since last night.
    It seems have been neutered as its fur is still growing back where the op would have been carried out.
    We can see it is not too well and will take to the ISPCA tomorrow to get sorted out.
    Let me know if you want more info.
