Anyone have experience of using CO2 inflation adapters with valve extenders?

Seems it should be straightforward, but then again....

use proper valve extenders - not the sh1tty ones your screw on over the existing valves. get tubes (or tubs) with removable cores and use conti valve extenders.

This might apply to me as well, there is a valve extenders on my new wheels 80mm. I pumped them up but I was struggling to get any air into it once I got to around 80psi?

I was going to buy extended valve tubes (if there is such a thing) but would you recommend these contis instead

If on clinchers. Get the conti tubes. They have removable cores. Remove them and stick in as many conti extenders that you need. That way your standard tubes work for all rim depths. PLus you can, with removal cores, stick slime or stans in the clinchers. I do it on my commuter and if I raced on clinchers I would do it do (I do it with my tubs anyways).

Thats the stuff. I buy the tubes when they are on special. Pricey other wise. Have 40 in the attic :)

I use this http://www.wiggle.co.uk/stans-no-tubes-473ml-tyre-sealant-1/ in tubes but there are many types.

    Am I missing something here?

These tubes look to be standard (based on the description).
Are all Conti tubes with removable cores?

Conti tubes, certainly the race series anyways, all have removable cores. You pay a slight premium but you get a premium product.

Cheers, I've been failing with the plumbers tape option, so will spin out to CSS today, to see what they have.
