    The soccer forum is publicly viewable but to post there you have to be a member of boards for at least one month and have 50 posts. Once eligible, read the charter in this forum and post a thread asking for access and quoting the two reference words (they change frequently so you have to read the charter and not a recently posted thread ;)).
