hotels + train

    Hi
    I was wondering if anyone would know of hotels near the college and how fare is the train station is from the college.

    The Hayfield Manor is on College Rd.

    There are B&B's lining the Western Road. Think every house on one side of the road from the main gates to Jail cross that isn't owned by the college is a B&B. You'll defo find something there. In terms of hotels, there's the River Lee hotel. It's not as close as Hayfield Manor, but Hayfield is 5 star so it might be a bit pricier. Check it out yourself though.

    Brookfield hotel is at the end of College Road and would be a lot cheaper than Hayfield Manor. Sorr no idea about taxi cost but you can get a direct bus (no5) from gate of Brookfield to train station afaik.

    about a 30 minute walk. 7-10 euro in a taxi.

    there's also a hostel on western road by Gaol Cross, a short walk to the college.

    River Lee hotel (nee Juries) would be an option too. No 5 bus does Kent to UCC
