Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    hi il get straight to the point never posted here before so sorry im doing something wrong
    i recently had a case against someone and the dpp did not prosecute
    iv been told i can have a civil case brought against him
    is there much cost involved?
    its over a sum of money gained from false pretence i cant go into too much information

    any help is greatfull thanks again

    Based on the limited information you've given all that can be said is that yes , there will be costs involved though if successful you may get your costs awarded to you from the other party , do keep in mind however that having costs awarded in your favour and actually recieving them are 2 different things.

    You could probably find a solicitor to have a free consultation with you, thats what you need to do.
