Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Diaphragm pump ??
Has to be a problem with the check valves... Nothing else will cause the symptoms you describe..

If you open the valve union is there any grit on the sealing surface??
Is the valve definitely in the right way round..

You could have fine grit in the line which falls back down the line when you open the union..
Open the joint under the jar in the pit, open the union at the valve, flush line back with water from pump to pit to ensure it is cleared out.. Reassemble ensuring the valve is right way up...

    Electric pump??
Might not be the return valve... shaft seal might be gone letting air in which will head to the receiver jar and not pump properly, if at all...

Can't think of anything else but it's a good many years since I worked on the machines..:o
