You could go to a public library for free to do Easter grinds if you're prepared to do the work. It's up to you what work you put in.

I'd imagine having paid (or having someone else pay) large amounts of money for you to do an Easter Revision course might concentrate the mind a bit.

It all boils down to the amount of work you do yourself. Make your own notes, be familiar with your material and you won't need any grinds.
