457 visa question

    Hi again all,i have just got word from a mate in perth the company in perth where he works will sponcer me,he works on a large gas pipeline and is the foreman also a PR.at first i was going to go over on a 175 visa as i am a qualified plumber but it takes to long.But then seen that i maybe eligible to go on a 457 visa.my question is in you guys opinion which visa should i apply for?also i used the visa wizzard and it gave me two other visa,s that i eligible for,119 and 121.Any information would be fantastic.Thanks again all;)

    If you are eligible for both the question is, when do you want move?
    457 is pretty quick 3-12 weeks while 175 can take 3-18 months.

    Why not 457 then apply for 175 while you are working here?
