They make me ashamed to be Irish

What a shame two young guys who are making a great go at their life despite their lack of talents are doing well for themselves.

I just don't get this hatred. It's so OTT and horrible tbh.

I'd agree that the song isn't as good as last year but when it comes to staging, energy, getting people to remember you, likability (remember most people only have to see them for 3 minutes so won't realise how annoying they are) and just overall impact, Jedward blow the other four songs out of the water. (in my opinion anyway!)

Well I thought all 5 songs tonight were very poor.

Honestly can't remember any of them now, 30 mins after being sung.

Also, I don't see how Jedward will be coming across as likeable. It's their look that could fascinate people but that won't work this year.

My wife is Dutch and I remember family finding Jedward very strange last year: just because they are popular here, doesn't mean they will be in Europe. Just like people didn't get Dustin!

I am voting for Latvia, the lyrics mention Johnny Logan winning in 1980 so its practically Irish!

"I dont care what you say..."

Never a truer word spoken DLB. You have never asked a follow up question that wasnt on a cue card in your life.

Maybe she should change her name to Martin Linda and she may look a bit better?

They made Number 1 on itunes in 5 Countries after Eurovision 2011.

They will build on that in 2012.

I think the donna song would be fine but she is terrible on stage she looks so uncomfortable, she has no presence and she cant move and looked like she was never in heels before.
she should have taken a leaf out of the last lesbian to win, the croatian(?) girl who was on the judging panel a few years ago and basically told it like it was, and it as sh*te, and then stood up on her own and showed them how it was done.
