cant afford to pay my bill at once

    i have a new start up business and my first bill was over 400 euro i am waiting on the second half of my business loan and wont get this till mid march, i got my bill today as it was sent to the wrong address, (new business teething problems) however, the bill is due on the 24th and i dont have that much money in the account, is there a way i can pay off some until i get sorted with some money, we are only there a few weeks and customers wont be paying me yet for a few months. help please if possible

    What I would require is:

    - Account number
    - Name/address/phone number on the account
    - Your full name and confirmation that you are the account-holder
