Hi Dad11

What I use is the following:
Anti Virus - Microsoft Security Essentials
Malware - Malwarebytes AntiMalware (excellent free program)
Spyware - Superantispyware pro (again free version)

I also use Ccleaner to clean temporary files from the system and cleaning the registry.
