Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm looking for some sort of self defence classes around north Dublin, Swords preferably. Don't know where to look or what to look for. Evenings would be best. I've had a look at Krav Maga, but don't know, some are 2 day courses and some seem to run for years.
    Thanks.

I'm sure there is Krav maga in swords, could be in extreme mma, also their is Mma and bjj there which while not called self defense is very good, what I would say is don't waste money on 2 day courses etc, if your skilled and your just looking for extra training their fine.

I'd second that recommendation-hard target self defence are excellent, and lots of flexible options, can train almost any night in a group or one on one lessons, fitness and personal training available as well, incredibly nice people too.
