And if any of you guys are interested in functional applications practices of your kata, please consider Hanshi Patrick McCarthy’s seminar in Galway on the 9th and 10th of June.

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056520202

It’s a style free seminar so all applications will be directly and immediately transferrable to any style.

If you have any questions on Shotokan kata (any kata) please bring them with you, you’ll get your answer at his seminar, Guaranteed!

I totally forgot to plug this course I'm attending in UCD tomorrow:

Kawasoe sensei is one of the true greats of Traditional karate. The course tomorrow will be a great opportunity to train with a legend (or even just come along and watch if you're too tired to train!!)
