Thanks for reading and would appreciate any help you can give me. Both my gmail and hotmail accounts were hacked, passwords changed and obviously I was locked out. Sorted the problem, ran a malware program along with antivirus, 4 adwares were found, deleted those. Nobody in my contacts list has received any spam/junk mail,…

Thanks for reading and would appreciate any help you can give me.

Both my gmail and hotmail accounts were hacked, passwords changed and obviously I was locked out. Sorted the problem, ran a malware program along with antivirus, 4 adwares were found, deleted those. Nobody in my contacts list has received any spam/junk mail, so it would seem a spying exercise.

So my question is this, I have the ip address of the hacker, is there anything I can do?

contact gmail and hotmail and let them deal with it, there's really not much else you can do.
