    Gonna walk 10 miles to the beach, walk around the beach, and then walk home. This is gonna be an interesting evening. I'll either come home in immense pain, or die.

    According to one of my friends owning a really old phone that contradicts my 'techy' nature is what I'm famous for among my circle :rolleyes:

    I just can't do smart phones, not as in a technically unable to use but a do not desire to own way, the ability to disconnect from the net and go about my business is something I cherish. All I look for in a phone is the ability to assign multiple numbers and email addresses to a single contact, a decently sized text message inbox and a good battery life.

    Now to exercise, session two today :)

    Well, I try to run around 5 a night. I figure if I can run 5, there's no reason I can't walk 20! I used to walk 15 miles a day 3 days a week when I was 18, so no reason I can't do 20 now.

    If I don't make it back alive, tell boards I want the site logo on my tombstone.

    No idea. At my best (when I was 18), I could walk 10 miles up a mountain in an hour, so I'm giving myself 2 hours. I'll run for a while if I have to, to beat that. :D

    Ten miles in an hour?
    Are you sure you don't mean ten kilometres?

    It takes me 90 mins to run ten miles, so walking the same distance in an hour? Really?!

    This was when I was younger, and yeah, ten miles. I only managed to do that in an hour the one time though! I'm sure it'll take longer, so I'll start running if necessary!

    I'll be powerwalking, so hopefully not too long! That said, I'm stupidly unfit now. I can only run 5 miles. :( So probably a lot longer than I'm hoping for. :pac:
