Dude, if we ever needed a sine that you are mad, this is it.

Pulmonary function tests in hospital tomorrow. My little sister described them to me and they sound scary! I don't like the idea of being in a closed off chamber, I get claustrophobic! :(

On the plus side, I've been asked to babysit all evening after the hospital. Babysitting my gorgeous little cousin who I saw on Saturday while in my uncle's house for the rugby. I never see her enough, so I'm very happy with this. Aaaaaaand I'm going out for drinks and karaoke on Thursday. Happy happy. :)

Think I'm getting a bit obsessed myself. had them in a tomato sauce with aubergines at the weekend. strangely nice. though a little too sweet with the tomato sauce.

I just ground up a tea spoon of black pepper, one clove of garlic, and a good bit of mixed herbs, with some oil to make it all stick to the wedges. in for nearly 40 minutes. they weren't crispy, but I reckon that's cause I had too much oil. but they were still yum.

just realised all the posts on this page are from women :D and now talking about cooking

Can't believe I'm watching the eurovision.... Montenegro dude was so funny tho!

Eurovision??? God no! I'd rather have my nails and eyelids pulled off with pliers! :pac:

Just after a nice dinner myself. I got some turkey breast and diced it up and put into a bowl. Then poured lots of soy sauce into it. Salt, pepper and some coriander and mix it up. Then pour the mix into a hot pan with a little olive oil. As it cooks, pour in some more soy sauce, another sprinkle of coriander and three cloves of crushed garlic. The smell was divine. Then I did some Uncle Ben's brown rice and poured the cooked meat onto it. It was VERY nice!! Nom, nom, nom. :D
