    lad in here is doing a triathlon this weekend
    i think its 750m swim, 20k cycle, 5k run

    lad who used to work here is doing an iron man
    good christ
    few miles swim or something, 120 mile cycle, then run a marathon

    Wowsa! I've never cycled so I find it hard to relate to the high numbers involved :o I also have to count my long runs in miles, because I get freaked out by the numbers once I get beyond 10 miles (16k) :o

    I feel your pain!When I am in the sun I get an abundance of freckles on my knees, my feet and my shoulders.Reapplying suncream is practically a military operation!
