Ireland match. Immensely proud of that performance.
Absolutely gutted about the result though. New Zealand did not deserve that win.

    Morning all!

So that's 5.5 miles done this morning. It was tough at times, definitely plodding along and I felt like stopping more than once (stupid hills/inclines) but I managed to get it done without stopping once. It was warm at times but for the last 5 minutes or so, a quite consistent downpour was released from the heavens which cooled me nicely, but left me drenched by the time I got back to the car.

The Hermione*, check out Deer Park for running some time if you fancy a change. A lap around it is 1 mile exactly, although I usually still bring the Garmin :)

I had good intentions but work was cancelled over the weekend so I'm down in cork on a visit. How's that carlsberg injury? You've got to make the move to Galway Hooker.... Just sayin' :)

    Alright lads!!

Made it safe to Liverpool. I must say, they are a friendly lot over here. Station master at the train station carried my bag for me down the stairs, right to the platform, then the security guard drove me to the staff accommodation! :)

So no, I won't be going to Maguined's bash, unfortunately. Dying for a drink but the local pub looks like the pub out of Shameless and it's called 'The Chaser'. Don't think I should chance it. Looking up the local cinema, as in, is there one!?!

What were you at last night 18AD??

Friends going away thingy. Was late. Cycle home in the dead of night was fun.

How could you pass up a trip to "The Chaser"?

I'll see how bored I get. Is there a certain way you should act in these type of establishments? (I just keep thinking of Shameless).

Just go in and keep yourself to yourself and you'll be grand. I bet it's fine though.

Also I like having the banter in pubs. That's the main reason I'd go.

Chin - verb - to chin someone
    - the violent act of punching someone in the face

^ standard greeting in some places :p

I wouldn't have tbh :o In fact, U had a Spanish red wine on Thursday!

Evening all. On the go since 9.30am with the galpals. Great day! Group dispersed early though, so much for our plan for a night on the tiles!

One of my friends here had a birthday yesterday so we snuck her bf down from dublin as a surprise - she was so happy. :D

Think I got about 3 hours sleep and 4 the night before but was all worth it.
