    Try make a splint for it overnight, then take proper care of it tomorrow. Make sure to keep icing it 20 mins on, 20 mins off during the first 24-48 hours. No heat treatment until after day 3 either!

    Tag rugby is well known for people spraining/breaking fingers from having them get caught in the belt >.<

    Thanks guys, I've iced it this morning and will get some tape later. It's a little swollen but nothing major. 1st sporting injury in a LLLLOOOONNNGGG time.

    G'Morning all.

    Just made my first cup of tea in around 6 weeks this morning. The whole process felt alien to me, curse my inability to listen to my own advice and go to bed early. Oh gods of caffeine please fix my weary body if only until I can collapse into bed 8 hours from now :)

    Well originally planning on going in May, with someone, to a job, but all that fell through.

    As it stands now, I'll be here 'til November, then going over to do a ski instructor course in Whistler, and hoping I get work off the back of that. Otherwise it'll just be a very expensive skiing lesson.
