    Cant exercise in the morning, I wouldn't make it through the day.

    My day usually has enough exercise involved, using my energy in the mornings going to the gym etc would end up with me crawling home to cry in the evenings.. :D

    Oh a 10k cycle at 7am is the best wake up ever. Really helps my energy levels :)

    Pity the kick class didn't do that...

    I can't do too much running or high impact due to smashing my ankle so that is why I cycle :) Is there anything else you can do with the injuries?

    Nope.. rest is all I'm getting from most Docs. If I get surgery there is a very high chance it would reduce the mobility of my arm. So rest is all that can be done for the meantime. :(

    tell me this - does anyone else here work in the ballsbridge area? The smell of sh!te is f*cking horrible! I have such a headache.....and I need a hug! :(

    thanks! But jaysus this is putrid - not human either.......or actually it is and its just many many humans - i think its coming from the (rather aptly named) rings end area!

    I put a bet on the 4.00 race, and lost very badly. meh. it was funny walking into the betting office though - about thirty men standing there, all turned around :o but i was in quite tight tracksuit pants :)

    went jogging again today, only managed 5 mins but i'm not bothered, just doing it to burn off calories in a short time.

    I just discovered a nice Guinness Chocolate cake recipe on Nigella Lawson's website. I don't really like Guinness (unless it has some blackcurrent MiWadi in it) but I'm willing to try making this.
