    What do you guys think of this I made the other day? It's made from solid oak.

    It's basically two frames made with bridal joints. Where the two frames meet I used a half lap joint. The actual lamp pieces are mitre bonded to the frames.

    The joint on each circular piece is mitre bonded on one side if the frame and then mitre bonded on the other side of the corresponding frame.

    It's vital to have layout lines done on the frames when gluing the circular pieces on.
