    I'M NOT KNOCKING HIM but there is no mention of
    1. council fees (planning fees, water connection etc)
    2. sewage tank/treatment system
    3. electrical connection to ESB
    4. electrical fitout - he mentions €2000, I presume for the fittings only**
    5. plumbing fitout - he mentions €2000, I presume for the fittings only**

    Its still a bloody cheap house even without those as 1-3 have to be paid for any house you build so they can be removed for any price comparison, it just skews the overall figure for building the house - people will read the article and think he built a completed and fully functioning house for ONLY €25,000, he didn't.
