well i use digiweb and have had no real issues. i will admit the last year or so it does appear to have gotten a little slower and that could be 2 reasons, 1. we use it a lot more, 2 the contention is picking up as more use it. the truth is probably a bit of both. we have had almost no downtime to them, 3 or 4 in the last 5 years or so and never for very long. their tech support is not bad, like always depends on who you get thru to.
i am about to try and upgrade the package and depending on the price i may have a further look around, if you see something better, feel free to let me know
