    Hey all,

I'm looking for places in Limerick where I could get nut, such as Brazilian, Hazelnuts, Walnuts and Almonds for cheap...

Same question but with seeds, like flax, pumpkin...

I know Holland & Barretts do a lot of that stuff, but as far as I remember they are very expensive, is there any stores around the city who are good value for such products...

    Cheers in advance

I was just going to suggest this place!
Eats of Eden has got to be the cheapest Health Food shop in Limerick(that I know of).
There's also Sean Cara in the Crescent but whether they are cheaper than Eats of Eden idk.

I don't have any problem with finding health store as I eat only a raw food. You just need a good farmer and you will be all set :)

Eats of Eden or Lidl would be where I get this stuff.
